There was a need to redesign the experience for the transactional banking app while doing fund transfer between own accounts.
The fund transfer between the accounts was complicated. A simple and secure transfer is the requirement for redesigning experience.
Kickoffs, workshops, design clinics and business stakeholder reviews were organised to find the proper flows, define entry points, technical requirements and architectural possibilities. Based on current technical scalability, the experience designed to do seamless transfer between the accounts.
The experience designed was to product different flows for transferring funds between accounts. Define the components and interactions for the intended transfer journey.
