I'm a User Experience Designer with a focus on user research, interaction design, and visual language. I design products and services based on a deep understanding of customer needs.
Investigating customer needs and figuring out how to translate these into the efficient design and business outcomes is the part of my work that I love the most.
Using industry standard of design thinking, user-centred design methodology, global experience language, visual patterns and more, I deliver solutions that are meaningful to solve real-world problems. With a wide range of experience in creating the interactive design solutions as well as integrating complex systems in large-scale enterprises. I prefer lean UX agile or Google sprint methodology to facilitate the workshops and design solution walkthrough for stakeholders.
In short note, I try to understand business needs to translate into user flows, user journey, wireframes, prototypes and visual interactions that lead to delightful user experiences. More than anything, I love to collaborate with tech geeks, driven people. I'll always make time to grab a coffee and talk about an idea.
I'm in love with GEL (Global Experience Language), Sketch, Invision, AxureRP, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, FullStory, Crazy Egg, Google Analytics, Jira, Visual Studio and GIT. Associated with Interaction Design Foundation, The Design Society, The Interaction Design Association (IxDA).
